Project Description
Product Description
Titanium Grade 7 (UNS R52400, 3.7235) is a palladium-enhanced titanium alloy offering exceptional corrosion resistance. This nickel-free alloy contains 0.12-0.25% palladium within a commercially pure titanium base, making it ideal for harsh chemical processing, marine engineering, and pharmaceutical applications where superior crevice corrosion resistance is critical.
Applications
Our Grade 7 titanium pipes are specifically engineered for:
– Chemical processing equipment (heat exchangers, reactors)
– Offshore oil & gas piping systems
– Desalination plant condenser tubes
– Pharmaceutical manufacturing components
– Acid production and handling systems
